Download and install Mac Picture Editor, launch it and you will see this window.
Drag images or folders to this window. Surely you can input a picture here and add other pictures later when you are editing.
The editing functions are listed at the bottom, click the buttons to edit picture. Check "Fit window" or the picture will appear in its actual size. No matter what function you are using, you can drag the slider on the right to adjust zoom scale.
Rotate or Flip picture
Click "Rotate" button and input angle value or use the two buttons to rotate by +90 /-90 degrees.
Click "Flip" and check "Vertical Flip" or "Horizontal Flip".
Adjust picture size
Click "Resize" button, there are several popular sizes provided, check "Fit into" and choose the one you need. If you want to customize the image size, just choose "other" and input values in the Width and Height text boxes. You can choose whether to keep the original aspect ratio.
Crop picture area
Click "Crop" button, then you will see the following interface. Click in the square area, hold mouse and drag to move this area to anywhere you want.
